Ronald Verheijden (55), acted as International Project Manager for several leading international companies, is like many other trainers dedicated to the development of people in their working environment and the organizations they work in. The international consultancy and training skills of Ronald Verheijden extend over a period of 12 years. Ronald Verheijden has excellent skills, both in group situations and in interpersonal relations, at all levels and for many nationalities. He has a commercial attitude, supported by courses and job experiences, and a good technical insight, supported by several technical courses and continuous reading about industry practises and new developments. He has the skills to encourage participation and involvement of team members. He has an analytical approach which is very much solution orientated. He speaks and writes German and English.
Ronald Verheijden started at AT&T Network Systems, being responsible for the installation of several fibre optical networks in Poland, France, UK, Middle East and the Netherlands. After these projects, he was responsible for the commercial side as well the operational side of all international projects and dispatching at Datelnet Group. For NCR he was project manager for unique and complex implementation projects of computer systems and desktop migrations. For Origin he managed several Millennium projects in the Netherlands, Germany, France and Portugal.
In the last twelve years Ronald Verheijden was responsible for the development and roll-out of the PM-methodology for the Port of Rotterdam, UPM and Inter IKEA Systems. For UPC and Cisco Systems he managed the development and implementation of several infrastructure projects. As trainer and coach Ronald Verheijden has focussed on training of practical project management, both knowledge and skills driven. He is experienced(and certified) in PRINCE2, IPMA-C and PM-BOK.
